You will report to our VP, Talent Management, HR Technology & Operations, supporting the broader Talent Management and L&D team. This critical role requires use of collaboration and creativity to curate, create, and measure engaging learning experiences by partnering with subject matter experts across multiple areas. As a member of the team, you will serve as a consultative learning partner to SMEs across HR, and our broader business.
The ideal candidate has expertise in designing learning experiences, instructional design, attention to the smallest detail, strong collaboration skills, and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
Conduct design sessions to map out key learning outcomes to be developed by programs and courses
Map out modules, content, assessments, and success metrics for various courses
Develop curriculum and course content in consultation with Subject Matter Experts and manage project timelines for delivering world-class, well-designed learning experiences
Work to continually improve processes - optimizing for quality and delivery time
Manage requirement scoping and project status reporting
Curate high-quality course content and detailed session plans for self-paced online learning, facilitated in-person learning, and simulation-based experiential learning
Regularly and systematically use data to improve and refine the Learning Ecosystem curriculum and experience
Create and update instructor guides to improve the quality of classroom instruction at DV
Collaborate across teams and departments
Further support the learning and org development team as required
Minimum Qualifications:
Expertise with instructional design, UX design, and adult learning principles
Experience across the end-to-end design and delivery of full learning programs
Technical skills in eLearning technologies such as Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, Sketch, FinalCut etc
Strong project management and communication skills
Minimum 7 years experience in an instructional design / UX design role
Experience working in a matrixed environment, with multiple project team members and multiple scopes of authority toward a common project outcomes
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between [$83,000-144,000]. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
