We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bank Partnerships Program Manager to join our Bank Partnerships team within Affirm Capital. Bank Partnerships is responsible for helping to manage Affirm’s relationships with bank partners to drive efficiency and resiliency, enabling Affirm to continue to deliver honest financial products. The successful candidate will be able to support Affirm’s strategic priorities by delivering timely and efficient service to all internal stakeholders. This role will also be responsible for displaying in-depth knowledge of relevant agreements to ensure obligations to Affirm’s bank partners are met, and passion in learning and growing in understanding on the intersection of banks and technology.
What you'll do
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with bank partners and internal cross-functional team members
Demonstrate thorough understanding of Affirm’s business model, the role of Capital and bank partners, and Bank Partnerships’ strategic vision
Ensure that all Affirm obligations to bank partners are met by displaying in-depth understanding of bank partner agreements and facilitating necessary workstreams
Serve as a consultative partner to internal cross-functional teams and utilize a process driven approach to support constructive engagement with bank partners
Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency in providing a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders, including answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
Analyze, track, and report on bank partner metrics, trends, and performance to management and relevant stakeholders
Keep abreast of trends in the broader fintech industry and assist the organization with its Banking-as-a-Service strategy
What we look for
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
2-3 years of experience in a fintech, consulting, or financial services environment, preferably with some experience in banking, partnerships, and/or external facing role
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong intellectual curiosity on financial services and the role of technology in enabling access to services for all
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High degree of tech fluency, basic SQL knowledge is a plus

Employees new to Affirm or promoted into a new role, typically begin in the min to mid range.
USA26 Pacific base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT):
Min: $92,200
Mid: $108,300
Max: $124,400
USA26 Sapphire base pay range (all other U.S. states):
Min: $83,000
Mid: $97,500
Max: $112,000
