Job Requisition ID #23WD72862Position Overview Autodesk is looking for a summer intern to join the Platform Experience Design (XD) team as an Accessibility Engineer. As an intern you will help us ensure that our experiences can be accessed by users with assistive technologies and empower all of our users to be designers and makers. You will: Utilize accessibility testing tools to conduct an audit of an existing or in-progress experienceCreate an accessibility report that synthesizes the findings Provide design or code recommendations to make compliantCollaborate with our Design System and UI Toolkit teams to evolve patterns and code You have: You are familiar with assistive technologies and accessibility testing toolsA portfolio of work that demonstrates your skillsExperience with Figma or other current design toolsKnowledge of WCAG 2.1, WAI-ARIA and ATAG 2.0Experience with Web Standards, HTML5, CSS and JavaScript About the US Intern Program   The 2024 U.S. program runs for 12 weeks (May 20 – August 9 or June 17 – September 6). All internships are paid. As an intern, you will contribute to meaningful projects, be mentored by industry leaders, and participate in tech talks and other activities designed to support your personal and professional development.
