As a QA Engineer, you will report to the Software Development Manager. You will work with scrum teams and other stakeholders to validate complex functionality, ensure automated test coverage meets expectations, improve processing to enable improving our testing capabilities, and deliver high-quality software to our customers.ResponsibilitiesYou will work collaboratively on an Agile scrum team and actively participate in all Agile ceremoniesYou will estimate, plan, schedule software testing tasks for yourself and othersYou will own some of the automated tests (performance, release smoke), work with other stakeholders to improve the coverage and address issuesPerform hands-on testing to assist product releases and automation requirementsTriage and troubleshoot automation issuesPrepare detailed test reports and communicate results to your teamAssist developers when needed to identify automated tests to be addedReproduce and investigate customer issuesCommunicate status of the work in progress, escalate critical issuesCollaborate with Quality Champion, build dashboards, and define and track quality related metricsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience2 years experience with testing cloud software solutions, including experience working with and validating RESTful interfacesExperience writing automated testsWorking knowledge of Java, Python, Jenkins, BlazeMeter/JMeter, PostmanExperience designing tests, defining test scope and identifying functional and non-functional testing (e.g. performance, availability, stability, security, and environment)2 years experience with testing tools and testing process in product release cycles2 years experience with CAD, PDM, and PLM applications is a plus#LI-POSTLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
