Training Content Developer Job DescriptionThe Delivery Enablement team (part of our Professional Services crew) is looking for a Training Content Developer to help us deliver delivery enablement materials to our SailPoint community, both internal and external. Responsibilities:Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce media that supports delivery enablement goals and objectivesAnalyze, evaluate, observe courses and content to propose and plan improvementsDevelop/design content to inform the SailPoint community on how to deliver SailPoint productsReview and cleanup content produced by subject matter experts to make it suitable for use by the target audience in the SailPoint communityRequirements:Able to multi-task, self-assign work, and function in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentCompiling and presenting informationDesigning and assessing training programsExcellent verbal and written skills to communicate with various audiencesHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products (MS Word, MS PowerPoint)Proficiency with tools for editing video files of presentations to trim from the start, end, or breaks in the middleSailPoint is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome everyone to our team.
