This tactical role will offer the opportunity to learn the processes for creation, deployment, and optimization of promotions for our live and virtual events. This position requires a keen attention to detail to drive demand for our key events while learning from and collaborating with our cross-functional stakeholders to execute and traffic email programs.In this role you will build email campaigns using segmentation, creative assets and copy in support of a wide range of live and online events. This role is critical in driving tactical execution to ensure deliverables are met and supporting the automation strategy. You will take charge of project-level processes and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.Core Interactions: Demand Generation, Field Marketing, Marketing Technology & Operations, Campaign Operations, Events MarketingWhat You’ll Do:Campaign Building Traffic email program requests in Workfront and learn to build in Marketo to support of a wide range of event and webinar programs to drive registrationsFollow a comprehensive QA process to ensure accuracy of all emails and programs before sending to the databaseOptimize the email channel for events demand through reporting and tracking, paying attention to benchmarks and KPIs to identify trends and make program improvementsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis in business, marketing, or related field.Ability to learn new systems and processes quicklyStrong attention to detailStrong analytical skills to be able to analyze data dashboards to draw meaningful insightsOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $49,300 -- $98,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
