The Opportunity As a data scientist within the Growth Org and Engagement organization, you will be a core part of the data science and analytics team, driving analytics-based insights that enable engaging experiences for our B2B users.We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about deriving impactful customer insights from large datasets, through descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics techniques. The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong analytical and technical skills, along with the ability to work with multi-functional teams, and the curiosity and ability to influence data-driven decision making by key partners. What you'll Do Drive analytics for user revenue growth programs and A/b tests through analyzing results and communicating insights. Partner with cross-functional teams to initiate, lead or contribute to large-scale/complex strategic projects for team, department, and company.Be a specialist of stitching and calibrating sparse and noisy data across various data sources. Promote and enable adoption of technical advances in Data Science and performing A/B tests.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members on solution design as well as lead code reviews.Develop best practices for driving data analysis and methodology.Support regular ad-hoc data and analysis needs to better understand customer behavior. Build reporting frameworks / resources that enable partners to self-serve information.What you need to succeed Bachelor's/Master's / PhD degree in Computer Science, Analytics/Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field, or a Bachelor's degree in a similar field with relevant practical experience.Minimum 6 years of experience as a Data Scientist.Strong skills in a data science/analytics role with a proven track record of success.Experience in hypothesis testing and A/b test analytics. Expertise in working with large data sets using SQL/Spark SQL Hands-on experience working with Cloud Platform e.g. Databricks. Ability to create DAG's and run data pipelines in Cloud. Expertise in developing sophisticated reports/dashboards using Tableau & Power BI .Adobe Analytics experience is plus. Good attention to detail and ability to stitch and QA multiple data sources. Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to synthesize large scale data sets to generate a clear story and impactful insights A curious mind, passion, and motivation to learn new skills, tools, and analytics techniques critical to tackle business challenges.
