Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.The Team: Genesys is growing and Strategic Finance is looking for an accomplished Senior Financial Analyst with finance, data, and teamwork skills who can thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial organization. Growth Finance, a component of the Business Finance & Analytics Team, is part of our Strategic Finance organization. In this dynamic environment, we deliver insights and predictability for Genesys’ financials, with a focus on topline metrics. Collaborating closely with leaders in our business partner teams, we drive sustained long-term growth for Genesys.  The Role: This individual contributor role’s primary responsibilities:  Partner with various groups including Sales Operations, Business Intelligence and Analytics, and Business Finance to drive system enhancements and improve the data infrastructure.  Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standardized reporting tools and dashboards. (Design, develop, and deploy SQL based Tableau dashboards to enable sales performance management and improve understanding of sales results) Ensure compliance with bookings and compensation policy. Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings reporting and forecasting processes.   Interpret sales data and provide decision support for sales leaders and senior executives.  Analyze, evaluate, and report on Go-To-Market design and operating effectiveness.   Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or other technically related fields. At least three years of relevant business analytics experience. Experience within SaaS/Cloud industry a plus. Experience with database query programming languages and data visualization platforms preferred. (SQL, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, KNIME, Alteryx, etc.). Ability to analyze and interpret data to develop insights and recommendations that synthesizes information across functions and perspectives. Highly organized, ability to self-start and self-direct work in an entrepreneurial environment. A strong listener, communicator, and presenter with the ability to convey complex concepts in a succinct, simple way. Demonstrated ability to quickly establish credibility with senior leaders. Exceptional business partner with outstanding ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally and at multiple levels of the organization. #LI-REMOTECompensation:This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
