The mission of Genesys Cloud Product Management team is to support Genesys Product leadership to develop growth strategy and drive strategic & operational initiatives to ensure the strategy is executed successfully. As a Program Management Intern on the Product Strategy and Operations team, you will bring your leadership, strategic thinking, business acumen, and technical skills to the Genesys Cloud team. You will play a critical role in the development and delivery of Genesys Cloud solutions through development and implementation of the product delivery process.  In this role you will work closely with Product Management as well as UX, Product Marketing, R&D, Customer Care, PS, and other functions.  In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with both business/partner leaders and product/development teams, including analyzing data, utilizing tools to provide timely and actionable information, ongoing coordination/ communication to ensure we deliver world class solutions on-time and with high quality.Key Responsibilities:Help develop and manage the Genesys Cloud product development process, including coordination and management of multiple activities across many teams in collaboration with Product Management and R&D. Update core processes to improve efficiency and accuracy of releases.Support Genesys-wide product planning activities including providing data and insights for executive reporting and presentations Play an active role in managing cross functional programs and driving teams to achieve customers’ business outcomes by managing issues, risks, decisions, and action items.Balance various complex programs and initiativesAssist in removing obstacles blocking or slowing down the teamsManage multiple programs at one timeDevelop and improve processes, communicate plans and achievements, and facilitate program meetings as neededMinimum Requirements:Pursuing a bachelors degree in Communications, Program Management,  or equivalentExcellent program management skills and detail orientedAbility to manage multiple program deliverables in a fast-paced environment Be a proactive self-starter with the ability to multi-task, work independently, prioritize, meet deadlines and get things done in a detail oriented wayStrong communication skills, including presentation  Experience working cross-functionally with operational and business teams Strong leadership abilities and critical thinking skills Being able to build productive & positive working relations with co-workers with varying technical & business backgroundsGrowth & agile mindset with strong work ethics, embracing diversityDemonstrate intellectual curiosity and a desire to tackle ambiguous and varied projects in support of the Product Management teamDemonstrated proficiency with PPT, Excel, and Smartsheet (or similar project management tool); experience working in Jira and Aha a plusIf a Genesys employee referred you, please use the link they sent you to apply.About Genesys:Every year, Genesys orchestrates billions of remarkable customer experiences for organizations in more than 100 countries.
