Sales Specialist & ConsultantDescription -HP Inc have a long established and highly valued customer base in UK Central Government.The open role within our team will be focused on those customers.Candidates must have an in-depth knowledge of HP Inc’s PC portfolio and a proven track record of selling to hardware and solutions.It is a necessity that the candidate has a good understanding of the UK Central Government sector.A key skill we are looking for in the successful candidate, is the ability to build meaningful and strategic relationships with key stakeholders, delivering tangible results for both HP and the customers.Applicants must have a minimum of three years of selling experience to end users in Public Sector.This is an ideal opportunity for someone to further their career from an experienced inside sales role, to fields sales acquisition within a highly successful team.Client/Account Relationship• Quickly establish relationships and credibility with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.• Build sales plans with relevant stakeholders.• Planning sales activity to grow revenue within the sector.• Identifies and builds solutions to meet client business needs and challenges.• Works with other HP Business Units and partners to integrate products into overall industry/ account strategy.• Ability to articulate key sales messages and differentiate HP from our competitors.Business Management• Responsible for sales forecasting multi-million-dollar opportunities, on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.• Understands and can present business plans to internal stakeholders.• Monitors sales pipeline activities making sure sales data is up to date.• Protects HP's revenue and margin position and focuses on generating new business.• Meets or exceeds quarterly and annual revenue & margin quotas.Knowledge and Skills RequiredDirect customer engagementAbility to drive virtual sales teams and deliver results.Submits timely and accurate forecasts.Strong time management skills.Strong prioritization skills.Can demonstrate scenarios where business at risk has been escalated, issues resolved, and revenue delivered.Good presentation and communication skills.Adheres to SBC and HP's code of ethics.Job -SalesSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United Kingdom)Travel -75%Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
