Senior Media AssociateDescription -What a Senior Media Associate does at HP:We are part of the Media Activation, Optimization & Data Science Team at HP and our responsibilities include planning, buying, and managing Programmatic and Social platforms across Asia.  HP is looking for entrepreneurially minded candidates to be part of this team. You will utilize your expertise in data-driven advertising to ensure HP’s advertising objectives are met while maintaining a balance of performance and efficiency. Oversee setup, optimization and pacing of our key media partners, to make sure HPs advertising is as effective as possible while working closely with the Media Manager to learn key skills Work closely with our in-house media team and marketing team to align media plans with business goals, learning the ins and outs of media planning. Help build a new team inside the largest producer of printers and PCs in the world.  Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:Bachelor's Degree.Approximately 2-4 years of experience in a media agency or similar environment. Working knowledge of Demand Side Platforms (DSP) and Social Platforms with a strong desire to get hands on with a lot of detail. Experience of running paid media campaigns in India.  Strong analytical skills within Excel, and other data tools with the passion to look for insights within the data.  The ability to adapt to a brand-new team and the changing environment that will bring.  Sustainable impact is HP’s commitment to create positive, lasting change for the planet, its people, and our communities.
