Job Summary:The Role:The Guest Service member will interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.Job Functions:Adapt to customer needs ensuring they are understood and appropriate action is taken to meet and exceed their expectations.Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show.Keep records of customer interactions or transaction, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as action taken.Other tasks as assigned by the Guest Services ManagerRefer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigationAssist guest with any questions or needs within the Venue.Qualifications:Customer Service and communications experience is a plus!Strong strategic thinking and creative problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and interpersonal communication skillsA strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute programsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPosition requires frequent walking and standing.
