Key Responsibilities:· Cross Industry Focus:· Collaborate with BY Industry GTM leaders and the equivalent Sales VP to identify, develop, define sub-industry initiatives with our Tier 1 partners per sub-vertical.· Motivate and engage partner investment and commitment in time, effort and GTM investment to bring the vision to reality.· Collaborate with Sales VPs and Partners to target top prospects and clients for the specific initiative and engage Field Alliance to secure the daily governance and tracking.· Provide quarterly updates internally to educate teams on latest partner offers, partner performance, partner collaboration best practices, and any partner company updates.· Sales Engagement Enhancement:· Proactively communicate Blue Yonder’s value propositions and solutions to engage and stimulate new business opportunities and initiatives in the space where the partner and BY can step-up and cover more white-space.· Partner Engagement:· Map your partners in details on their presence and skills in all BY target sub-verticals for best-case collaboration and joint value case engineering.· Drive proper business plans for these partners and regular governance calls to track and progress actions that support the overall partnership. This is done jointly with the VP of GSI Alliances and relevant Executive support.· Joint Sales Activation:· Collaborate with Field Alliances and Sales to match the coverage need and the relevant accounts to bring your new initiatives forward with sales traction and success.· Marketing and Campaign Development:· Collaborate with Product Marketing as and when needed in the process and in tight connection with the industry executives to launch the GTM offers in campaigns or events aimed at generating joint pipeline.· Coordinate with marketing, industry, and solution teams from both parties to plan and execute events, social media activity and similar.· Strategic Communications:· Participate in gathering and writing up key updates for internal and external purposes.· Track and report regular metric progress through saleforce.com.Qualifications:· Exceptional cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and executive presentation skills.· Strong team player with the ability to synthesize multiple perspectives and drive consensus.· Self-motivated individual with a deep-seated drive for achieving results.· Experience and success in positioning high value enterprise solutions software with long and complex sales cycles· Proven strategic alliance and partner development and management over a longer time frame in an international context and framework, preferrable in the supply chain industry.· Proficient in developing, maintaining, and influencing partner relationships across various levels and executive relationships both with partners and within BY.· Willingness to travel up to 40%. Some international travel might be needed-------------------------------------------The Salary Range for this position is $ 152,311.10 to $197,688.89The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
