We are seeking a Director of Program Management, DGX Cloud to join our dynamic team and lead the management of business programs and initiatives related to our DGX Cloud Product. It will encompass business and GTM activities, engagement with CSP partners, contract negotiation, and the development of metrics and reporting to drive efficiency across cross-functional leads. The successful candidate will also manage cross functional staff agendas for key meetings and ensure the execution of team objectives.What You'll Be Doing:Engage with CSP partners for program success and alignment with business objectives.Lead contract negotiations to ensure favorable terms and adherence to company policies.Develop and implement KPIs and metrics for measuring program effectiveness and improvement areas.Report on program status, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.Drive organizational efficiency by coordinating with cross-functional leads and streamlining processes.Manage virtual staff meetings' agendas and oversee the execution of team results.Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, finding opportunities for process enhancements.Serve as a liaison between business development, product, engineering, and TPM leaders for cohesive program planning and execution.What We Need to See:Proven business development program management expertise with a solid grasp of technical business concepts.Demonstrated skill in engaging and negotiating with partners and vendors.15+ years program management experiences including 10+ years of experience managing global projects, adaptable to multiple time zones.8+ years leading engineering-level projects and distributed teams of 30 or more.Exceptional communication and presentation skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.In-depth understanding of software engineering principles and quality requirements in enterprise systems.Strong multitasking abilities with a focus on thoroughness and rapid context switching.Proactive and enthusiastic in identifying and implementing positive changes in software engineering and release management within a matrix environment.Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:Background in computer science, machine learning, deep learning, open source software, infrastructure technologies, and GPU technology.Prior experience in productizing enterprise server systems, software platforms, or infrastructure software.Experience managing Biz Dev teams and tracking GTM product programs.Consistent track record of driving process improvements and measuring efficiency.Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Safe, Less, Business agility) with 7+ years in Channel Sales/Marketing Program Management and 4+ years in sales for connected devices, solutions, and/or services.With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
