EBC Operations Specialist

Today, NVIDIA’s GPU simulates human intelligence, running deep learning algorithms and acting as the brain of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world.We are looking for an innovative Operations Specialist to lead reporting, analytics, database and vendor management for the global NVIDIA Executive Briefing Centers (EBC) Program.What you’ll be doing:Collaborate with the SalesForce Operations Team to develop new reports and dashboards.Manage reports and analytics to contribute to operations and decision-making processes.Identify and log systems issues and drive until resolvedImprove and optimize operations, workflows, and processesCollaborate with EBC Strategists globallyBuild gift inventory database.Drive audit process with vendors and invoice reconciliationWork on other special projects assigned in support of EBC operations.What we need to see:5+ years of meaningful industry experience.Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience)Prior experience in data analysis, database support, or related rolesCreative problem-solver and analytical skillsSomeone who enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment; effective at building relationshipsAble to effectively communicate status to multi-functional teams as well as upper managementProficient with MS Office, Briefing Source, SalesForce, Jira, TableauFamiliar with customer engagement programsWays to stand out from the crowd:Solid knowledge of how an Executive Briefing Center operates globally.Ability to grasp how to efficiently align data activities with strategic objectives.Ability to apply a narrative to specific reports and analyticsComfortable working across different time zonesNVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers! Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
