As a key support to the store manager in daily retail operations, this individual stands out as a specialist in product knowledge and exceptional customer service within the sales operations team. Their unwavering passion for technology and gaming makes the RazerStore Evangelist an invaluable asset to our team.Greeting Customers: Welcome and engage with customers as they enter the store, creating a positive first impression.Assessing Customer Needs: Understand customers’ requirements and suggest appropriate solutions to address their problems or preferences.Cash Handling: Operate cash registers, process payments (including cash and credit cards), and provide accurate change.Sales Goals: Set and achieve sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and recommending relevant items.Product Knowledge: Be well-versed in product details, features, and benefits to assist customers effectively.Promotions and Discounts: Advise customers about ongoing sales, promotions, and member benefits.Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the day, including restocking before opening and after closing.Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle inquiries, address concerns, and process exchanges, returns, and refunds according to company policies.Other duties as assigned.Pre-Requisites :3+ years of experience retail sales and/or store associate.Motivated and passionate about gaming industry and being part of a team.Customer service focus.Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.Proficient in verbal and written English language.Solid communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.Are you game?
