We strive for real impact.As a Senior Product Manager, you will be a member of a highly talented and innovation-focused team that is responsible for building the next generation native Android and iOS apps to help customers quickly and efficiently perform their work, whether they’re technicians out in the field or office employees on the go. You will help support all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including research and user validation, go-to-market strategy, roadmap prioritization, development and maintenance, and ultimately be responsible for the continued success of the product. This role requires the ability to be a proactive self-starter with the ability to build a deep understanding of our customers’ business and workflow needs.What you'll do:Collaborate with the product team to define the vision and strategic roadmap for ServiceTitan’s mobile applications, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.Lead the execution across all stages of the product lifecycle, including research, concept development, user stories, go-to-market strategy, adoption, and impact assessment at a roadmap item level.Conduct thorough research and discovery into ServiceTitan’s existing capabilities, working closely with Subject Matter Experts to address the diverse needs of customer personas such as owners, office managers, and technicians.Work in tandem with designers to swiftly generate design concepts aimed at delighting customers, conducting UX research and validation, and crafting development-ready requirements.Collaborate closely with the rest of the mobile Product Managers and engineers to validate requirements' feasibility, adjust as necessary, estimate effort, and prioritize against evolving priorities.Present new mockups and features to both internal and external stakeholders for validation and to generate enthusiasm.Utilize insights from customer analytics, user research, and competitive analysis to understand and prioritize user needs effectively.Manage the backlog of features and enhancements for clients, providing transparent communication regarding timing and status updates to internal teams and customers.Skillfully evaluate customer escalations, assess their impact on the roadmap, and allocate resources accordingly for swift resolution.Work alongside the QA team to prioritize product defects/bugs, offering guidance to the development team on expected behavior.Drive the success and adoption of your products through close collaboration with product marketing managers, assisting in the creation of comprehensive go-to-market and adoption plans for both internal and external audiences.What you'll bring:2+ years of product management experience developing native mobile applicationsStrong understanding of Android and iOS native platforms and mobile UI/UX principles (or willingness to learn)Strong communication and writing skills as well as the ability to interface with all groups in the company, including executive stakeholdersAbility to quickly learn and understand complex customer workflowsStrong quantitative and qualitative analytical skillsSelf-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment with the demonstrated capacity to lead, motivate and work well with othersProven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detailIntelligent, quick thinking, and fast learning team playerProactively surface and resolve conflicts/bottlenecksFamiliarity with SaaS business models a plus4-year degree from a top university, MBA or related graduate degree strongly preferredBe Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $126,000 USD - $182,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
