Today our mission is to empower brands to elevate the customer experience by blending the physical into the digital world, and in the process provide services that convey trust, generate engagement, and enable circular shopping.By seamlessly integrating digitized products into the journey of their ever more demanding and hyper-connected end customers, brands can effectively respond to today’s seismic changes in consumer sensitivities, purchase patterns and the shift towards digital sales channels.Visit discover.certilogo.com for more details.The RoleThis key role is focused on growing Certilogo's top line by generating new sales, both through the collaboration with strategic commercial partners, responding to inbound leads and creating outbound opportunities.Working collaboratively with the Certilogo leadership team, you will lead and develop existing relationships with local and global commercial partners as well as initiating and cultivating new ones.In partnership with the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will contribute to shaping and executing the company’s overall commercial strategy and provide support for the drafting of the commercial budget.Key responsibilities include:Delivering sales results (most notably contract value, revenues, number and profile of new clients) while ensuring that the actions taken are in full alignment with the overall business strategy and goalsPlanning and implementing a compelling strategy for identifying the most appropriate commercial partners to accelerate market penetration and deliver the set revenue goalsImplementing a plan to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of each existing partnership plus driving acquisition of new, medium-large Italian and International clients by approaching directlyBuild and maintain the sales pipeline, setting sales KPIs and monitoring performance closelyMaintaining the CRM and ensure the sales team is equipped with the needed tools to maximise efficiency and optimally manage lead generationContribute to the product development agenda by providing suggestions based on insights gained from clients and the market at largeRepresent Certilogo at events, trade shows and interviews when neededAbout youYou will have strong experience within consultative sales role with a proven success track record within an international environment. Experience or exposure to the tech industry is advantageous alongside solid experience in selling SaaS solutions services to both large and medium-sized enterprise clients, preferably in the fashion, apparel, and luxury industry, with a natural curiosity and passion for tech, especially Certilogo!In-depth, hands-on knowledge of the B2B and B2C space is key alongside extensive experience in initiating and leading commercial partnerships with international partners.You will bring a consultative approach from qualification to closing, acting with the aim to achieve success for both the company and the clients and embody the culture of Certilogo internally and externally. With standout communication skills, you will be able to really update a range of stakeholders, run meetings efficiently and bring an organised, proactive approach to everything you do.
