Executive Operations Specialist  Responsibilities: Prepare internal and external correspondence with senior level contacts, including vendors, customers, and senior leadership. Coordinate executive meetings, both onsite and offsite, ensuring efficient organization and execution. Organize, prioritize, and summarize incoming materials, special projects, requests, and reports. Develop and maintain spreadsheets for reporting purposes, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the executive operations. Handle receipt and expense management efficiently. Report directly to the Sr. Director, Executive Operations, offering insights and updates on operations activities. Desired Skill Set: Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets is required. Experience with Concur and Expensify for streamlined expense reporting and management. Strong teamwork capabilities, with a willingness to contribute actively to the team environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Ability to remain calm under pressure, demonstrating flexibility and strong problem-solving skills. Highly self-motivated and organized, with a readiness to work on-call as needed. Demonstrated capability in managing expenses and refunds. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role or similar.
