Software Engineer II, Voice AI Infrastructure & Tooling

We are looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer II, Voice AI Infrastructure & Tooling who will take an ownership of the existing benchmarking platform used across the whole company. In this role, you will: Collaborate with engineering teams to provide reliable, secure, and easy-to-use tools and services Maintain and develop internal tools used by TPMs, engineers, and language specialists across the whole company Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the platform and its infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance Research and evaluate new technologies and best practices to improve the platform and its capabilities Document and communicate the platform's architecture, features, and best practices We would love to hear from you if: You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience You have 5+ years of experience as a software engineer You are proficient in Linux, Go, and SQL You are familiar with SQL databases You have experience with CI/CD tools and frameworks, such as Jenkins, GitLab We’d be especially excited if you have experience with database administration, performance improvements, No-SQL databases, web or full stack development, and have proficiency in Python or C++. This role is available throughout Germany. Employees within a 100-kilometer radius of our Berlin office are expected to work from the office on three pre-scheduled “core days” each month to encourage cross-team connection and in-person collaboration.
