As part of our Worldwide Sales Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) group, you will be responsible for managing data initiatives that enable the business to drive sales, improve customer experience, and innovate the way we lead and support one of the largest channel operations in the world. These data initiatives are typically related to new technical capabilities or to transformation of business processes that support continuously evolving sales motions, expanding Geo coverage and routes-to-market.
As a WW Sales BPR Data Program Manager, you will implement key initiatives that support a broad, cohesive sales solution strategy. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 10+ years experience in product, program, project management or similar role driving large scale complex business process/technology transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of Consumer and Retail sales; background in sales, operations, analytics, consulting, or enablement preferred. Deep understanding of project, program and portfolio planning and delivery; Ability to set standards, implement processes, and mentor others on the vision. Strong analytical skills with passion for continuous improvement; Ability to use data to tell a story, drive root cause analysis, and extract concrete insight. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners. Excellent organization skills and attention to detail; ability to prioritize, lead, and advance multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. Description Description In this role, you will own strategy and execution for overall data readiness and delivery processes including managing data governance processes
- Define and track quality and success measures to ensure alignment with intended outcomes.
- Facilitate communication cross-functionally with other teams, ensuring that requirements are well understood, and that priorities and delivery schedules expectations are handled.
- Develop and maintain program critical path and milestones for all data activities.
- Coordinate roles and responsibilities and drive clear accountability across data teams.
- Drive standardization in tools, processes and templates for all key data deliverables.
- Deliver timely communications and status providing insights into data plan progress, risks, and any challenges that require attention and/or resolution.
- Partner internally to build and maintain sustainable data pipelines and curated data sets needed for functional and reporting business use-cases (operational and analytical).
- Drive data quality by standardizing processes and metrics through data assessment data quality checks etc
- Manage data lifecycle including definition, usage and quality using architecture repositories like data dictionaries, data models, metadata and data quality logs.
- Partner closely with technology partners and internal engineering teams on data architecture, standardization, and curation for prioritized use-cases.
- Collaborate with GEO business and technical partners and teams to analyze needs and develop data integration solutions.
- Contribute to overall Data and Analytics strategy and roadmap. Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Master's Degree preferred. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $136,500.00 and $205,800.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
