Maintain company workplace, and the coordination of space allocation and layout, communication services and networking requirements. May oversee health and safety standards and may monitor budgets or approve contracts and purchases.You will report to Sr. Regional Workplace Manager, Greater China. This is an onsite position in ShanghaiResponsibilitiesYou will lead and manage soft service team, and cooperate with hard service team in ShanghaiOversee and participate in all administrative tasks at the Shanghai office. This includes managing office stationery, janitorial services, pantry supplies, catering and tea breaks, themed afternoon teas, security guards, onsite events, pantry Ware equipment, greenery, reception, mailroom, car parking, and fleet managementThe role includes responsibilities for managing the door access system, cloud CCTV and badge management system, as well as ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHS&S) regulations for all offices in the greater China regionAs point of contact (POC) in Shanghai, manage customer expectations and ongoing customer relations. Communicate status and timeline of workplace maintenance projects. Meanwhile bring end-users' feedback, coordinate and follow up improvement actions from both hard service and soft service teamsWork with global safety and security team to ensure a safe and secure office environment in Greater China RegionProvide local support to other global workplace teams, like project management team, security team, travel and meeting team, real estate team.Develop and maintain standards to manage relationships with workplace related vendorsPoint of Contact (POC) coordinate with Landlord, Building Management Agency, governmental bureausDevelop guidelines for space management and conduct overall space planning, including restacking, furniture moves, and ongoing process improvement. Conduct ongoing needs assessment by soliciting divisional headcount information and growth information to determine space needs for future planningManage workplace for Shanghai and responsible for operation reports.In some conditions, also car leasing and fleet managementMinimum QualificationsGood experience of workplace management in operationBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience with at least 4 years work experience in workplace and administration areas including 1 year's experience in a managerial roleMust have experience in office restacking or movingHave EHS knowledgeGood English both writing and speakingPreferred QualificationsSelf-motivated, dynamic, and results-driven with solid problem-solving skillHigh sense of quality and responsibilityAbility to interact with senior management team#LI-CL1#LI-OnsiteLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
