Job Requisition ID #24WD75992Position OverviewWe are looking to hire an Experience Designer for our Digital Employee Experience Team. You will report to the Director of Experience Design within the Digital Experience & Customer Empowerment (DXC) organization. The DXC team is responsible for ensuring delivery of a seamless experience across the full customer life cycle from discovery to onboarding to using our products (internally and externally). Our Experience team partners with marketing, sales, employee experience, customer success, legal, engineering, product management and others to achieve success.This role will be responsible for the helping shape the experience vision and strategy of the digital employee experience at Autodesk in close partnership with cross functional teams. Through vision, strategy, and execution the Employee Experience team will enable employees to deliver great customer experiences across the business. This work spans across the employee lifecycle from on-boarding, customer engagement platforms, navigation of revenue, to transactional tools across the business.Candidates need to demonstrate a successful history of challenging the status quo, driving team collaboration across organizational boundaries, developing experience strategy and realization plans, meeting facilitation, and staff development. The key objective of this role is to create a seamless and efficient employee experience to navigate across the varied digital tools and resources at Autodesk.US-based candidates on West Coast. Open to candidates fully remote or hybrid/remote.When applying you must include both your resume and portfolio with access to review.ResponsibilitiesLead design projects for the Employee Experience team through execution on deliverables within the strategic roadmapEngage, inspire, and develop a global distributed teamWork cross-functionally throughout the business with SMEs to understand tools and platforms and the employee experience within those resourcesUtilize research to better understand employee experiences, pain points, usage, and feedback to help define solutionsRepresent employee feedback at a variety of levels within the org to better improve processes and influence for maximum outcomesMinimum Qualifications5+ years of related experience with 3+ years of enterprise-wide complex strategic leadership experience in UX designProven record managing diverse and complex tasks: Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation requires evaluation of a variety of factors, blending strategic policies with an understanding of current business trends with implications to the design organizationHigh degree of cross- to manage through complex work, varying needs, and concernsWell-practiced in holding discovery sessions, conducting research, and creating an action plan from the resultsPreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related fieldEnterprise Systems and/or Employee Experience design experienceExperience working on persona-creation, Jobs To Be Done definition, initial prototype creation and full-stack visual design preferredLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $133,300 and $215,600. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
