Worldwide Consumer Subscriptions GTM Product ManagerDescription -HP is hiring a Worldwide Consumer Subscriptions PaaS GTM Program Manager to support our launch and scale DaaS subscriptions.  We’re looking for an individual with excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in product management and GTM analytics, ideally in a subscription service environment or consumer printing (HPS).  HP Instant Ink is the foundation consumer subscriptions offered by HP, is a top strategic business priority, is now launched in 38 countries worldwide, and it holds the worldwide market leadership in subscription models transformation in the print industry. The CSS organization recently expanded the portfolio with Instant Paper and after a successful pilot is about to expand the portfolio with Print-as-a-service offering.  In this role, you will be leading the interaction with the different GTM funnels. You will partner with different pieces of HP ecosystem to attract and convert HP customers to subscriptions. You will also engage with external funnels such to expand the customer base, such as Performance Marketing team and Retail. In this role, you will utilize customer and market insights as well as product management and business analytics skills and techniques to drive the GTM strategy to deliver on the business goals. Why HP? You want to work for us to solve real problems, be the disruptor in chief to overturn existing HP consumers install base and have the fire to radically transform how we offer our best technology to customers when they need it.  You will have strong organizational support for innovation and a day-to-day operating environment of a fast-growing business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead projects that involve cross-functional coordination to provide integrated products/services/solutions.  Excellent understanding on customer needs and PaaS subscriptions offerin. Deep insights on different GTM funnels performance and strategies to accelerate subscriptions. Excellent project management and prioritization skills. Define priorities based on customer/business impact criteria. In-depth experience and skills working cross-functionally with GBU (Global Business Unit), Marketing, Countries & Markets. Based on a strong knowledge of how trends in the industry affects the strategy/direction of the product line/line of services or solutions. The Program Manager is perceived by the sales team as the Subject Matter Expert in the end-to-end GTM strategy and regularly is called on to share insights in front of internal and external partners. Cross functional responsibilities related to GTM execution activities such as developing new and more effective promotional assets or sales incentives Lead Retail compensation analytics and partner with Channel organization to define/maintain the CSS Retail Program as well as being an SME on Retail compensation execution. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing, Business, or Technical fields; Program Mgmt Certification preferred 5 years in product marketing or business management fundamentals Demonstrated strategic leadership in go-to-market programs Demonstrated experience working with selling partners, Marketing teams and customers Influence at the executive level, as well as with customers and partners Strong computer skills (ex: proficient in MS Office, especially Excel)  Strong business analytics skills Job -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Spain)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
