Logisitics Coordinator

Logisitics CoordinatorDescription -Apply superior knowledge to solve common and complex business cases and within predetermined limits, recommend suitable alternatives. Responsible for the transport performance within the company's network in Europe, Middle East and Africa from the departure of goods from the company's factories/warehouses to delivery to the customer (attested by documents), including consolidation in the warehouses of the respective department.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsures timely delivery to the company's customers (final and intermediate), meeting the quality conditions and delivery terms;Monitors daily delivery performance, avoiding deviations and acting to comply with the standard;Ensures logistics interface with warehouses, factories, consolidation warehouses and carriers within the department. Acts as the first escalation point for all distribution channels;Supports projects and initiatives to improve the activity of Supply Chain and Platform LogisticsSupports the implementation of changes in the logistics network, using performance indicators;Coordinates return flows in the designated region, ensuring the achievement of indicators;Evaluates and can participate in MBR/QBR meetings with carriers, indicating possible improvements through concrete data;Identifies and develops opportunities for improvement within the Logistics department, in terms of speed, quality and costs;Identifies risks that may hinder the fulfillment of customer expectations and takes measures to reduce their impact;Share good practice experiences within the team (Business Unit and Platform Logistics);Coordinates, together with the relevant departments within the company, the operational escalations received from internal customers, ensuring accurate and timely information;Identifies operational priorities together with carriers, in daily/weekly conference calls and aligns with representatives of other Business Units;Coordinates the relationship with the carriers' operations teams, sharing the point of view of the Logistics Department and gaining support for its initiatives;Coordinates communication with the company's stakeholders providing information about the health of the network or possible risks;Control additional costs by investigating their reason and evaluate less expensive alternatives. Attend all necessary training sessions and provide feedback, information and recommendations to help improve trainings;Can conduct or assist in conducting trainings and/or presentations on the functioning of processes within the department or on general administration issues;Act as a team member by providing information, analysis, and recommendations to support the team's efforts.Knowledge and SkillsMinimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics;Fluent in English (spoken & written);Proficiency in MS Office;Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision;Good communication skills.Job -Supply Chain & OperationsSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Romania)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
