Be closely integrated into the Regional Sales Team, Regional Product Evangelist and Regional Marketing team and work on sales data preparation in varying scale. This individual role is to help sales organization run effectively, efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives.Coordinate data collection and set up business analysis toolsAggregate data from a comprehensive suite of sources while maintaining reporting accuracyProcess all relevant key figures for the regular reports to our stakeholdersMonitoring and analyzing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic businessEnsure sales process adoption and compliance, in additional, identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and system to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiencyPerformance tracking vs. plan (Sell-In, Sell Out & Inventory, product category performance, etc…)Work with MIS department to select and implement tool for reporting / business intellengnceSet up and maintain accurate pricing records in AP regionContribute to improve Sales Forecast accuracy through tools improvement and trend analysisParticipate in Weekly Operation Calls with Regional Sales team if requiredPre-Requisites :At least 5 years’ experience in business/data analytic, preferably in IT Industry, Consumer Electronics, Gaming, Retail, or management consulting industriesDiploma / Degree in Business Administration, Data Science & Analytics, Computer Science, or related fieldStrong capabilities in EXCEL is preferred and have knowledge on programming languages/tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, Microsoft Office, Google Suite or HTMLAffinity for numbers and complex data environmentsAbility to concisely summarize and visually present data and key findingsFast & willing learner, can work in a matrix environment requiring the candidate to work with a wide range of stakeholdersProactive and possess strong interpersonal and communication skillsAre you game?
