Job Summary:Frank Productions is looking for a full-time Contract Coordinator to join our team in Madison, WI. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of, and experience with, legal language, contracts, document analysis, and drafting. We’re a full-service concert promotion company involved in every facet of live entertainment events, including talent buying, production, ticketing, marketing, sponsorships, food & beverage operations and merchandising. We produce and promote events in arenas, performing arts centers, theaters, clubs and other venues across the U.S. We operate offices and venues in Madison, WI, Nashville, TN, Columbia, MO, and Charleston, SC.WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DOReview and execute artist contracts according to company policies and proceduresEnsure legal and insurance liability concerns are identified and adequately addressed within contractsWork closely with the Sr. Contracts & Risk Manager to negotiate, draft and implement changes to artist contracts as neededReview third-party vendor contracts and monitor insurance certificatesMaintain company systems for payment and tracking of all artist depositsMaintain company systems for reviewing, tracking, signing and returning artist contractsMaintain appropriate internal systems for access to contractsWork closely with the accounting department to determine liability insurance requirements and reporting systems for all showsDraft and review license and co-promotion agreements and other one-off contracts as neededAll other duties as assignedWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRINGInterest in or experience with administrative tasks, legal assistance, or similar skillsAbility to work independently and solve problems using sound decision-making skillsExcellent organizational skills and significant attention to detailAbility to meet set deadlines and practice excellent time-management skillsAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional mannerExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to adapt quickly to changes and provide quality deliverablesProfessional and friendly dispositionAbility to communicate effectively in a team environment that includes in-person collaboration, group e-mails, and instant messagingCommitted to learning, and fostering an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusionAbility to learn and work within systems such as MS Office, project management tools, and other company softwarePHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTExtended periods of sitting at a computer station or work deskUtilization of hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipmentThis position is expected to work forty (40) hours per week or more.
