Reporting into the Transformation (TrO) Operations team, the Senior Manager of Process for Transformation Initiatives will play a key role in driving Equinix’s transformation. The role will be a customer-focused self-starter with outstanding problem-solving skills and will be proactive, resourceful, and skilled at developing and implementing creative process-centric solutions to business challenges. We are seeking a business savvy, enthusiastic, and results-oriented professional with highly effective execution and communication skills and proven experience managing multiple projects to completion. This role also includes hands-on execution of general tasks to support overall program success beyond process-specific duties.
