Program Manager is ultimately responsible for positive customer relations, developing and maintaining existing and new customer relationships at all levels including the executive level in their efforts to properly scope projects, estimate work effort and timelines, develop detail project plans while defining critical milestones, payment structure, dependencies, project risks and appropriate staffing plan required to manage and successfully deliver the project.Major Responsibilities & PrioritiesDelivering excellent outcomes for customersInfluencing and leading diverse teams to align behind common goalsDelivering the expected commercial performance whilst effectively managing risks and opportunities in the programs being executedSimplifying internal complexity and ambiguity to deliver clear customer facing messaging that inspires trust and credibilityPaves the way for ongoing consumption and expansion in the accountKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED:5+ years experience in supply chain program management in a relevant manufacturing focused industryKnowledge of leading manufacturing and supply chain management practices, trends and technologies including ML &AI.Proven experience in delivering both customer value and internal commercial performanceAbility to influence and deal with complex customer ecosystems up to C-suite levelDemonstrated leadership experience in a software consulting, implementation or development projects.Ability to deal with ambiguity and resolve complex problems with little to no guidanceStrong interpersonal skills with a desire to mentor, coach and train.Travel required Qualifications PMP or similar certification requiredBS/MS level  Degree/Professional qualification preferred. Agile certifications such as SAFe, PMI-ACP, CSM, CPO is an assetOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
