Blue Yonder Job Title:Business Consultant IntermediateOverview:As a Business Consultant Intermediate at Blue Yonder, you will be working within the Consulting Services team to provide strategic and operational consulting services to clients.You will work with clients to understand their business needs, identify areas of improvement, and develop and implement solutions to drive growth and efficiencies. This position requires an intermediate level of experience and knowledge in business consulting.Scope:Use a design document generate a solution for our customersTest our solutions and ensure customer´s satisfactionEffectively communicate results and project updates to customersMaintain a healthy billable utilizationOur current technical environment:Anything noteworthy about software, application architecture, etc. that the candidate should knowWhat you’ll do:Understand client business needs and identify areas of improvementDevelop and implement solutions to drive growth and efficienciesCommunicate with clients to understand their business needs and provide recommendationsStay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply them to our clients' projectsCollaborate with clients to ensure successful implementation of solutionsContinuously improve your skills and knowledge of industry best practicesWork closely with project managers to ensure successful project deliveryMaintain a healthy billable utilizationWhat we are looking for:Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and presentation skillsExperience in business consulting or related fieldExperience in the industry that the client operates in is a plusStrong project management skillsExperience in Demand planning or production planning roleBasic SQL knowledgeExperience working in a Supply Chain related roleFamiliarity with Blue Yonder software products is a plusOur ValuesIf you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
