Surrounded by extraordinary people, inspiring leaders, and world changing projects, you will do more and become more than you ever thought possible.Position Summary: This individual will be working closely with China Commercial and Marketing team to drive business growth, establish financial rigor and support China leadership team to achieve the strategic goal in a dynamic business environment.Position Responsibilities: Lead revenue projection/forecasting process, coordinate cross functional teams to drive sales execution; review sales funnel with commercial team, identify risks and opportunities, update sales rollup status to clinical and research sales directors & China commercial leadership to take needed actions in order to achieve sales target;Provide China leadership team with meaningful analytics and insights, including but not limited to price analytics, business funnels, sales force effectiveness, instrument placement & pull-through by channel/customer/segment/etc.;Support clinical and research sales team on Annual Budgeting / Strategic Planning, provide advice from financial perspective to maintain right balance between short-term and long-run business interests;Support China finance director to establish a robust process around pricing, including regional promotion, big deal price proposal, ad-hoc discount application, rebate program, etc. The role will act as a critical gatekeeper to make sure pricing is market driven, aligned with business strategy and address competition, treat customers with consistency and fairness, and with reasonable profit margin;Support Clinical/Research sales directors to conduct Quarterly Business Review and prepare needed materials;Provide financial modeling support for business initiatives, to regional commercial and marketing team, prepare and present clear, concise, and relevant information that advances the dialog and enables strong business decisions; drive rigor around business case reviews & documentation;Co-work with regional marketing intelligence team, provide regular updates on major competitor / customers / industry players with insights through financial analysis, with information from open channel;Lead one commercial finance analyst and mentor the team member to reach his/her full potential and prepare for his/her career next steps;Listed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position.
