Job Requisition ID #24WD76022Position OverviewEngineering/Support role (in EBSO) will help keep the Applications behind Salesforce CRM to date by designing, configuring, and troubleshooting user and system issues, and create/maintain data dashboards needs.We are seeking a experienced Salesforce Admin with experience in Sales and Service Cloud, CRMA, and SFDC integrations. You will also have basic AWS functionality knowledge. As a member of the Operations Support team, you will be the first contact for Salesforce-related inquiries, issues, and user support requests, ensuring a smooth operations for our sales and service teams. Respond to and resolve tickets promptly, ensuring user satisfaction and minimal change to business operationsService Cloud Support: You will provide support for Service Cloud features, including case management, knowledge base, email-to-case, and live chat. Help troubleshoot and resolve customer service-related issues, ensuring efficient resolution and customer satisfactionCRM Analytics Support: Help create reports, dashboards, and custom analytics to support sales and service performance analysis. Help validate data, troubleshoot data-related issues, and support data integrity initiatives.SFDC Integrations Support: you will collaborate with the integration team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce integrations with other systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and customer support tools. Assist with us data synchronization and troubleshooting data flow issuesApex Code Support: Read Apex code to help troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customizations and enhancements. Collaborate with developers to analyze code and provide recommendations for improvements or bug fixes.Basic AWS Functionality: Have a foundational understanding of AWS cloud services and how they can integrate with Salesforce. Assist with basic AWS functionality tasks, such as data backup and restore, data migration, and integration with AWS services.Minimum QualificationsBachelor/master’s degree in computer science or related discipline5 to 8 years of Salesforce Administration experience with prior experience Customer Support / Enterprise Product and SupportSalesforce Administrator / Advanced Administrator / Platform app Certifications along to date with Salesforce releases, features, security patches, and best practicesExposure working and Understanding of Salesforce out of the box functionalities like Objects, Roles, Fields, Customizations, Approval processes, Validation rules, Data loader, Workflow rules, Process Builder, Flows, Sandbox Lifecycle, Deployments, change sets, Managed Packages, territory management, Quotes, Person accounts, data management, data loader, communities with an understanding of the constraints of the SFDC platformKnowledge of building/troubleshooting reports and dashboardsAlways place the customers first and escalate customer issuesBasic understanding of AWS (Amazon Web Services) functionality and itsSalesforce Admin certification #LI-AK1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
