Job Requisition ID #24WD76401Position Overview  You will join Enterprise Systems and Experience (ESE) which is part of Autodesk’s 3500+ person Digital Platform & Experience division. ESE is the crew that helps Autodesk deliver employee productivity. We are all about improving the productivity of our people across the organization.    As the Collaboration Systems Engineer you will manage the administration, and integration of our collaboration platforms at Autodesk. You will work with internal and external partners across diverse organizations. You will be a part of setting and maintaining standards, best practices, reviewing procedures, and ensuring success and security at Autodesk. You will automate business processes as an essential part of the role. You will participate in the technical design of the platforms, and ongoing feature changes and maintenance.   You will work with diverse personas across Autodesk including senior leadership, partners, and technology staff. Your success requires establishing working relationships with our users to ensure efficient, secure, and practical solutions to deliver engaging productivity experiences. You will report to the Collaboration Services Engineering Manager.Responsibilities    Maintain performance and availability of collaboration systems, including regular preventive and corrective maintenance, capacity planning, and scalability managementRecord changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processesManage system security, implement security standards, and respond to system failures or degraded performanceProduce reports on system performance, capacity, availability, and security for senior managementWrite technical documentation and collaborate with teams and partners on ongoing issues and projectsMaintain vendor relationships, oversee outsourced services, and communicate requirements to vendorsManage installation, configuration, integration, and testing of new system components and applicationsMaintain scripts and programs for task automation and functionality enhancementFollow industry best practices and quality assurance standards in system administrationPerform maintenance or upgrades minimizing business/user impact, including on-call dutyConduct analysis of systems and participate in system/project design and engineeringResearch legacy systems to understand and improve performanceConfigure prototypes, deliver products frequently, and manage solution implementation and vendor performance verificationEngage in team activities such as retrospectives, backlog grooming, user story creation, and meetings to support Service and Project ManagersMinimum Qualifications  2+yrs technology support experience2+ years of experience in Administration and implementation of Collaboration ToolsFoster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere, exhibiting optimism in challenging situationsDecompose complex problems into manageable components, offering succinct solutionsExperience with Microsoft suite administration and Collaboration Security frameworks2yrs Experience building efficiency workflows to deliver desirable outcomesSuccessful track record in working on multi-functional team projectsKnowledge of other Collab platforms for systems integration and automation supportExperience using to build and deploy services using: Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, Power PlatformLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,700 and $149,600. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
