The Opportunity:The Senior Global Mobility Specialist, EMEA serves as a key member of Adobe’s Total Rewards team and is responsible for the immigration and relocation programs in the region. You will work closely with various stakeholders and vendor partners to support Adobe employees and candidates through their global mobility journeys while balancing employee experience and compliance. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Global Mobility in the U.S., you will be a critical component of Adobe’s tri-regional model and help to attract and retain key talent to the company. What You’ll Do:Act as an immigration and relocation subject matter expert and program manager for the region, adhering to globally established processes and policies, while creating and championing for local nuances as needed.Serve as the single point of contact for global HR business partners, talent partners and hiring managers for employer-sponsored immigration matters and international relocations.Advise HR business partners, talent partners and hiring managers on the immigration needs of prospective candidates and current employees, to ensure Global Mobility functions as a key component of the global talent acquisition and retention strategy.Partner with cross-functional teams (i.e. Legal, Employee Resource Center, Payroll, Compensation, etc.) as needed and directed by GM manager and program owners to ensure thoughtful administration of immigration and relocation program in respective region.Utilize established systems to case manage the region’s inbound relocation activity and employees requiring ongoing immigration support.Vendor management for regional immigration and relocation support teams including regular meetings.Liaise with employees, candidates & managers on immigration and relocation inquiries.Manage the delivery of mobility services per processes established by Adobe’s global mobility program owners in immigration and relocation, including quarterly employee newsletters.Keep meticulous records of region and/or country-specific processes and nuances and update GM resources.Identify and drive cross functional & global projects and initiatives.Provide guidance and recommendations to employees and leaders.Create assessments and cost projections for assignments and permanent transfers based on the existing framework and policies.Contribute to the global program’s priorities & objectives and provide innovative ideas for improvements and efficiencies.Prepare training material and provide training and education to internal stakeholder partners.Process global mobility related invoices.Develop and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with all members of the team, customers, clients, and all service partners through timely, accurate and professional communication.Provide and receive coverage for regional counterparts as needed. Provide recommendations to enhance the program at both local and global levels.What You Need to Succeed:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, communications, or a related field; or equivalent practical experienceStrong immigration knowledge for the EMEA region (UK, Switzerland, France, Germany in particular).Experience with intern immigration and supporting global mobility for University programs in EMEA.Must possess a strong understanding of the complexities of global mobility that touches EMEA.A minimum of 5 years of experience in a global mobility role.A minimum of 3 years of in-house experience managing or supporting a global mobility program.Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and deal successfully with ambiguity.Solid understanding of international HR and international compensation and benefits.
