Implementation Consultant - Resource Sharing

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team at ProQuest.  In this position you will play a key role in the delivery and support of Innovative and Ex Libris Resource Sharing products for libraries around the world!This position is a multi-functional role, where you will have the opportunity to develop ongoing relationships with our customers in support of our industry leading systems like INN-Reach, RapidILL and Rapido. Your responsibilities will include customer consultation and requirement analysis, system configuration, data analysis, project coordination, and support for post-implementation issues.
