In this position you will play a key role in the delivery and support of Innovative and Ex Libris Resource Sharing products for libraries around the world!This position is a multi-functional role, where you will have the opportunity to develop ongoing relationships with our customers in support of our industry leading systems like INN-Reach, RapidILL and Rapido. It would be great if you also had...Project management working across multiple tasksExperience working in a client facing roleData analysis and technical skills required to successfully configure Resource Sharing systems for libraries.What will you be doing in this role?Works with other members of the Resource Sharing Team to provide service and support to Innovative’s INN-Reach, RapidILL and Rapido customersAssists in the configuration of library systems for participation in various Innovative Resource Sharing systems.Assists in the analysis of data from third-party library systems and profiles to facilitate the participation of libraries using non-Innovative ILS platforms in Innovative Resource Sharing systemsConfigures Resource Sharing systems to support Innovative and non-Innovative member library systemsAnalysis and remediation of pre- and post-live customer change requests, to maintain optimal configuration and operation of Resource Sharing systemsInvestigation and remediation of technical and application support issues reported by both live resource sharing systems and in-flight resource sharing implementationsDepending upon projects assigned, provides basic project management, to include project schedule creation, coordination with customers and internal team members, etcServes as the primary point of contact with the customer, when neededManages tasks and projects to completion, balancing client and company objectivesAbout the TeamThis team of seven consultants approach work with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and skill working collaboratively to ensure libraries can share resources.
