We put people first, celebrate diversity, drive innovation and do good in the communities where we live and work.About the RoleWe are looking for a top-tier program manager to craft a mature framework for Service Management. You will drive M&A onboarding of our internal support model and guide existing teams to rise to these standards. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various levels of the organization and partners to coordinate outcomes and results for multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a range of skills from Agile methodologies to rapid problem-solving to business integrations to program enablement. The role requires a blended mix of skills, a customer focus and a desire to support others to secure their success.You are passionate about helping others achieve success. You have a vision and you are effective at coordinating and delivering on that vision. You bring your passion for process and technology to every interaction with your team and your partners. As a strategic leader with vision, you'll regularly evaluate the business impact of your programs through use of performance metrics/trends and present these to leadership.About YouBasic QualificationsAn equivalent combination of education and experience is required. A proven track record of leading programs is preferred over limited experience with a higher degree.10+ years of Program Management experience in business operations, service management, or mergers and acquisitions, including onboarding or enabling teams into adoption of tools and processes.Other QualificationsStrong oral and written communication skills, including comfort and expertise with communication with senior executivesExperience influencing cross-functional teams in a fast-pace, collaborative environment. Possess the ability to handle interpersonal relationships efficiently and authoritatively.Knowledge of multiple areas related to business software deployments.Strong project management and critical thinking skills. Can balance multiple tasks, make the right business decisions, and tackle problems while under pressure.Operates with a high degree of accountability with careful execution, assertiveness, and creative problem-solving practices.#LI-ADD7Workday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
