Blue Yonder emphasizes transformative growth and sustainability, backed by a commitment to empowering every person and organization to fulfill their potential.Key Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and vision in the development and implementation of IT business applications, ensuring alignment with Blue Yonder's overall business strategy.Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our application development processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, customer success, and IT infrastructure, to ensure the successful delivery of applications.Oversee the management of internal business relationship management, application development, data governance, AI/ML, and IT support teams.Drive the transformation of Blue Yonder into a leading SaaS organization, enhancing business agility and strengthening vendor and IT relationships.Establish and monitor key metrics to measure the performance of internal and external operational level agreements, ensuring the delivery of quality, reliable applications.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in IT processes and solutions, increasing efficiency, compliance, and reducing support needs.Collaborate closely with C-suite executives, internal stakeholders, and department heads to develop robust business capability and enterprise application roadmaps.Manage large capital and operating budgets, ensuring the effective and efficient allocation of resources.Lead and mentor a diverse, global technical team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.Facilitate open and transparent communication across multicultural teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.Qualifications:A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field, with extensive senior leadership experience in SaaS and high-tech industries.Deep experience and expertise in software application strategy, development and implementation.15+ years of experience in application development and management, with a strong understanding of the supply chain industry. 10+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving innovation and delivering results. Proven track record in leading the development and delivery of complex business technology solutions.Implemented flexible IT solutions that accommodate regional variations while maintaining global standards and security protocols.Expertise in system architecture, technical design, and software development technology.Proficiency in SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.Demonstrated proficiency in fostering a harmonious and collaborative working atmosphere.Implemented flexible IT solutions that accommodate regional variations while maintaining global standards and security protocols.-------------------------------------------The salary range for this position is: USD $ 285,435.71 - $ 380,564.28The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
