The Global SDR organization is facing excessive growth and we’re seeking a driven, results-oriented Director who is ready to realize this! The role will report directly into the Sr Director, Global Sales Development.What You'll Do:Assume a visible role to position the global SDR organization for successDefine and execute the strategy for SDR across the USManage relationships and communication with Senior Leadership Teams to ensure the SDR organization is supported and equipped to achieve goals (i.e. marketing, operations, campaigns, Sales Ops etc.)Provide Director level leadership to front line SDR Managers and Senior Managers and empower the SDR Leadership Teams to exceed goals through mentorship and coachingDrive the adoption of all appropriate initiatives to improve sales excellence and build discipline and cadence across the team to optimize execution in all aspects of the internal sales process.Coach managers and reps on sales strategies, technique, and best practice.Assume ownership of the people strategy, including talent and succession as well as driving and overseeing the recruitment, onboarding and ramping of top sales talent.Some travel required.What You'll Need:Track record of leading successful teams including having significant experience leading a large sales organization, managing through first line sales leaders and demonstrating an ability to lead and successfully drive the execution of the sales teams.Able to demonstrate experience of front-line sales management with history of meeting/exceeding performance expectations.2+ years of senior management experienceStrong track record of building a high-performance sales culture in a large team.The ability to drive the adoption and use of required tools and processes is an important part of the role.You will also have experience leading and managing change and transformation processes.Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like DOMOExperience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environmentUnderstands the cybersecurity landscapeFast learner, motivated, driven, passionateProject manager experience is a plus#LI-JG1Benefits of Working at CrowdStrike:Remote-first cultureMarket leader in compensation and equity awardsCompetitive vacation and flexible working arrangements Comprehensive and inclusive health benefitsPhysical and mental wellness programsPaid parental leave, including adoption A variety of professional development and mentorship opportunitiesOffices with stocked kitchens when you need to fuel innovation and collaborationWe are committed to fostering a culture of belonging where everyone feels seen, heard, valued for who they are and empowered to succeed. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $95,000 - $215,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
