Our new partnership with ServiceTitan will enable us to continue scaling our platform and customer base while maintaining our collaborative, tight-knit culture right here in the heart of St. Louis.in the heart of St. Louis.What you’ll do:Lead the monthly close procedures including preparation and review of journal entries and reconciliationsManage the company A/P, GL, Bank ReconciliationsAssist in revenue recognition, and helping to determine accounting treatment of any new revenue streamsAnalyze monthly P&LAssist with financial and tax preparations and processIdentify and implement procedures to improve / streamline accounting processesAssist in tax filings for federal/state, 1099’s, property tax, etc.Other projects as assignedWhat you’ll need:Degree in Accounting or related field. Public accounting experience a plus3-4 years of accounting experience; CPA preferredProficient understanding of accounting theory (e.g. GAAP)Working knowledge in Microsoft ExcelExperience with ERP Systems, Intacct or Workday would be a plusExcellent communication skillsAbility to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving, and resultsWhere you’ll work:Our headquarters is located in St. Louis and employees follow a hybrid work model (three days in office with the option to work remotely for the remaining two).Be Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list.
