Reporting to the Digital Content Manager, this person will work closely with stakeholders to bring their ideas to life on the web. From building pages in Contentful, to making content and image updates, to working closely with our designers and developers to do quality assurance checks on web projects, the person in this position plays a pivotal role on the web team. The web team is responsible for www.servicetitan.com, www.fieldroutes.com and www.youraspire.com, the flagship websites for ServiceTitan, FieldRoutes and Aspire. Our websites are the most critical tools for lead generation; they are continually being updated and improved while we field requests from all across the organization. We strive to find the right balance between user experience and increasing conversions, and are committed to implementing web, design and conversion rate optimization best practices throughout both. We are looking for a team member who has experience working in a CMS and understands the holistic nature of enterprise-level demand generation websites. What You’ll Do: Create and update prospect and customer facing web content in Contentful CMSProvide recommendations to stakeholders using web best practices and an understanding the architecture of each websiteHelp QA team and web developers troubleshoot and test bugs Create Jira requests for the web developers Develop deep understanding and ownership of web templates and how they can be most effectively utilized and improvedAssist with audit and content migrations as needed What You’ll Need: 1-2 years of experience creating pages and content in Contentful or a comparable CMS Comfort and interest in spending most days in Contentful, Figma, Jira, Hive and the Google suite Experience working in a high-velocity environment A commitment to upholding brand and web standards and best practices An appreciation for and understanding of scalability and sustainability as it relates to large websites that will continue to growThe ability to pivot and adapt as priorities shift Where You'll Work:Employees for this position will be remote.Be Human With Us:Being human isn’t about checking every box on a list. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $54,000 USD - $78,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
