Thank you.As a part of the Launch Reservation Process our Services  Operations Analyst will collaborate with multiple teams throughout the sales prospect lifecycle, including Workday Account Executives, Services Executives, Resource Managers, Delivery Directors and Sales Leadership.As it relates to DA & DRA, this person will work to support the DA and DRA Managers, Engagement / Project Managers, and Consultants within Workday’s Global Professional Services Ecosystem to ensure the successful execution of the DA activities for our customers’ deployments. Our new colleague will contribute in various areas, including the coordination of the Launch Reservation Process, execution of DA & DRA quality reviews, general operations and process improvement initiatives, and reporting and analytics: Launch Reservation ProcessAct as the main point of contact for the Launch Reservation Process•Coordinate with the Sales and Services organizations to ensure reservations are accounted for and properly processed•Maintain and support reports and dashboards for all reservations•Continually evaluate the process, reports, and dashboards for ways to improve and automateDelivery Assurance and Delivery Review & AssessmentReview Checkpoints as part of the DA & DRA processes for various Workday Product Areas. Excel, Google Sheets, Smartsheet).
