We’re hiring, and we’d love for you to join our dynamic team!   The Site Merchandising & Operations Assistant will play a critical role in the development and execution of The RealReal’s site experience to meet the company's business objectives and deliver a seamless customer experience. This person will act as a business partner between the Creative, Merchandising, Editorial, Product & Marketing teams. Strong communication and organization are keys for success in this role. This person will report to the Director, Digital Merchandising & Strategy. What You Get To Do Every Day Partner to manage & maintain sales & campaign launch schedule Publish all necessary site assets across devices Perform QA for all email, site, & sale image updates Identify opportunities to innovate the business, heavy emphasis on mobile and luxury fashion Work with Associate & Director to improve site usability and conversion rates using analytics Pulling & formatting, cleaning up reports, weekly/daily reports Partner effectively with cross-functional partners such as Merchandising, Creative, & Editorial teams What You Bring To The Role Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree  Extremely detail-oriented and results-driven Adaptability and ability to operate effectively with ambiguity Learns quickly, relentlessly curious, takes risks & experiments, enjoys the challenge of the unfamiliar Problem solver: Uses facts and logic to find solutions Communication: partners well cross-functionally. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
