Product Operations Analysts

We are building out a Product Operations function and are looking for Product Operations Analysts who can work from 9:30 pm - 6:30 am IST to join our growing team in Bangalore, India Responsibilities: Lead and support cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Product, Technical Support, and Customer Success  Implement and execute scalable processes Practice hypothesis-driven problem-solving to drive our business Provide business insights and make recommendations based on data Ensure operating readiness when launching new features and experiences Get your hands dirty and troubleshoot issues that arise Skills & Experience:  We are looking for teammates who share and practice our values: open communication, transparency, taking ownership, and a high level of craftsmanship.
