The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Producer to play a pivotal role in overseeing the end-to-end creative production process, ensuring seamless execution of projects from concept to delivery. In this role, you’ll be integral in the creative production process, from scheduling and budgeting to managing partners and ensuring technical compliance. This position sits on the Integrated Content & Creative team, responsible for bringing our brand and portfolio of products to life by translating strategic plans from across the company into external communication across touchpoints, assets, and channels. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is a strong problem-solver with a knack for building strong relationships and fostering collaboration, and has a passion for storytelling and a desire to push creative boundaries.
What You'll Do
Build Comprehensive Production Schedules: Develop and manage detailed creative production schedules encompassing creative concepting, pre and post-production, reviews, approvals, QA, and trafficking.
Budget Management and Resourcing: Take charge of budget lines and resource allocation for all creative and content development initiatives.
Creative Tech Stack Oversight: Manage the Creative tech stack, which includes platforms such as Brandfolder and Google Drive for asset storage, as well as overseeing creative projects within the project management SaaS platform.
External Partner Selection and Management: Identify, select, and manage external partners for asset production, including agencies and contractors. Ensure seamless collaboration and adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
Technical Compliance: Guarantee that each project's output meets technical requirements such as file formats, final sizes, integrations, etc., to facilitate smooth delivery across various channels and properties.
Proactive Problem Resolution: Anticipate challenges and promptly escalate roadblocks, including budget and resourcing constraints or unmet dependencies. Work collaboratively to find effective solutions.
Collaboration with Marketing Operations: Partner closely with Marketing Operations to maintain and enhance project processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Travel for Relevant Projects: Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel as needed for projects requiring on-site presence or collaboration.

The typical base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per year. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay for this position and your pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your primary work location, skills, qualifications and experience.
