Job Requisition ID #24WD75020Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Program Manger to join our CER (Customer Error Report) team in the Vancouver, BC location. The mission of the team is to keep modernizing the CER services with the latest Web, Cloud, AI/ML, and data analysis technologies to better serve the internal customers across products, across divisions, and across all disciplines within the company.ResponsibilitiesYou will manage projects from conception through close-out that have a distinct beginning and end. Develop and maintain project plans, scope and schedule. Assist team members in planning, estimating, and controlling tasks. Perform critical path analysis and develop action plans to mitigate risks. Identify and implement alternative solutionsYou will foster collaboration across offices and time zones and across various functions including Engineers, Product Owners, Product Managers, Software Architects / Tech Leads, and key stakeholders within other organizationsYou will monitor program to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters. Prepare and distribute various reports and updates on the status of the program to various audiences, including executive management, functional managementAnalyze program metrics and trends to evaluate success of overall program Anticipate potential issues and implement appropriate remediesSupport team members and establish healthy, collaborative relationships. Maintain enthusiasm, energy and focus in a variety of circumstances. Translate purpose and vision into clear goals for the team. Make sure every team member is on board and moving in the right directionInterface with various functional groups, program/project teams and other stakeholders to effectively resolve issues and remove barriers to program success Implement and improve procedures and processes to optimize program effectivenessServe as internal spokesperson for the programs. Plan content and deliver internal and external program communications to the appropriate audience through various channelsEnsure clear and consistent information is distributed to stakeholders. Define content of program, both internal and external to ensure consistent and accurate messagingMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree10+ work experience in software industry with multi-national companies5+ years project/program management experience with complex, global projectsExperience working with cross-functional teams on the development of complex program/project plans and achieve resultsExcellent project management skills to get the job doneExperience leading a team to achieve project deliverables within cost/ schedule constraints and to high customer satisfactionExperience building and maintaining project plans, schedules, and project control tools utilizing standard PM softwareStrong writing, reporting, presentation and interpersonal communications skillsMust understand the software product development cycleUnderstanding of design thinking principlesTravelLocation: Onsite in Vancouver, BC#LI-POSTLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $114,300 and $176,990. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
