Job Requisition ID #24WD76421Responsibilities: Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Collaborate with Director of Product Management, Architecture & Construction Software to develop overall product strategy and define the vision, roadmap, and goals for the product. Prioritize potential initiatives through demonstrating their alignment with our business strategy and the value to our current users. Build product roadmap by understanding needs of our key construction and architecture companies. Innovate and build software features by optimizing and automating construction workflows and processes. Communicate prioritization to other stakeholders in the company and drive consensus on the path forward. Work closely with engineering, design, and business team members on business cases, product requirements, development, launch, and adoption. Understand PlanGrid's strategic position and deliver innovative products to align with this strategy. Work with customers to unearth pain points and understand their most pressing needs. Communicate with the rest of the company the how and why for features.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a project management-related occupation.Special Requirements: Position requires at least 1 year of experience in each of the following skills:Utilize knowledge of construction and architecture industry, including knowledge of construction processes, materials and regulations; Utilize knowledge of user needs, pain points, and behaviors to create products that solve their problems effectively; Utilize experience with communication and collaboration including excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers. Position requires at least some experience in each of the following skills:Utilize knowledge of product management experience in construction technology, including experience with product strategy, product development, and product lifecycle management;Utilize strong leadership skills to lead and manage a team of product managers, designers and developers, and ensure effective teamwork, productivity and communication;Utilize experience with strategic thinking in construction technology, including developing and executing product roadmaps, identifying market opportunities and setting product goals aligned with the company's vision;Utilize knowledge of using data to inform decision-making, including analyzing user behavior, market trends and product performance metrics to make data-driven decisions;Utilize experience with working in an agile development environment and knowledge of agile methodologies in construction technology, including agile planning, product backlog management and sprint reviews.Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $195,000 - $240,700/year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
