Job Requisition ID #24WD76430Responsibilities:Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Perform deep dive analyses to understand trends, anomalies, and insights that will highlight customer pain points and help drive operational improvements. Act as an analytics business partner by proactively identifying opportunities to drive operational improvements and business value through analytical research. Craft data stories through presentations, written summaries, and data visualizations that provide actionable and unbiased customer intelligence. Independently build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including Senior Manager/Director level. Proactively manage and set stakeholder expectations on project roadmaps, resourcing, timelines and deliverables. Translate business objectives into functional data requirements and balance them with technical feasibility, recommending changes in development, maintenance and platform standards as necessary. Collaborate on the development of insight-driven tools & dashboards and provide ongoing support regarding functionality and data- integrity. Some telecommuting is permitted.  Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field. Some telecommuting is permitted.Special Requirements: Position requires at least one (1) academic semester of graduate-level coursework or some experience in each of the following skills:Utilize knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization to perform deep dive analyses to understand trends, anomalies, and insights that will highlight customer pain points and help drive operational improvements.Utilize knowledge of business and statistical analysis to help define key business metrics to evaluate success.Utilize knowledge of data-driven decision making and communication to work cross-functionally with various teams by relaying technical analysis results to non-technical audience and bridging the gaps between technical specifics and business requirements.Utilize knowledge of data visualization in tools such as Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI and Adobe Analytics to effectively craft and communicate complex data stories through presentations and written summaries that accurately outline problem statements and provide actionable and unbiased intelligence and recommendations.Utilize knowledge of data visualizations and business intelligence to develop, design and automate interactive self-service dashboards to monitor key performance measures and provide near-real-time business insights to executives and other business stakeholders.Utilize knowledge of data modeling to evaluate data availability from existing data sources and where needed, coordinate with Data Engineering to initiate new data collection/aggregation.Utilize knowledge of R and/or SQL-based scripts to connect and manage large datasets from multiple data sources.Utilize knowledge of project management to partner with business stakeholders to provide project status and project tracking. Align on deliverables, priorities and timelines, including key milestones and success measures. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $97,968 - $140,000/year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
