Job Requisition ID #24WD76422Responsibilities: Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, and other managerial functions, including operational improvements. Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and reformulate models as necessary. Develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation. Identify and promote best practices for Process Automation, including but not limited to software-based robotic process automation (“RPA”). Facilitate workshops with Finance stakeholders to understand end-to-end business processes, assessing suitability for automation, while identifying any automation blockers. Work with process owners to assist in process optimization. Work with process owner and development team to compile procedures and user guides. Serve as liaison between the Finance & Operations Process Owners and the RPA Automation Team. Document current-state business processes and automation requirements. Design and document future-state processes and automation flows. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing between the business and technical teams. Assist in support of live software-based automations for issue resolution and enhancements. Dissect high-level information into details and communicate these details in a manner understood by relevant audiences. Manage conflict and negotiation between teams to drive towards the most effective solutions. Some telecommuting is permitted.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, Finance, or related field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a business systems analyst-related occupation. Some telecommuting is permitted. Special Requirements: Position requires at least 1 year of experience in each of the following skills:1) Working with the RPA development teams to ensure the automation achieves performance, availability, scalability & security goals in addition to their features and functionality;2) Preparing & leading/facilitating meetings/presentations for a variety of audiences including business SMEs and process owners;3) Leveraging messaging and content management solutions such as Slack, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Confluence to keep stakeholders aligned and up to date on status of automations;4) Working with business SMEs and development team to compile procedures and user guides. Serve as the liaison between the Finance and the RPA Automation teams;5) Documenting current-state business processes and automation requirements; designing and documenting Process Design Documents, future-state processes and automation flows;6) Coordinating User Acceptance Testing between business and technical teams; assisting in support of automations deployed to production for issue resolution and enhancements;7) Gathering and effectively utilizing user feedback to improve process; analyzing business requirements, needs and pain points to resolve setbacks; monitor support feedback, forum feedback, and business user feedback;8) Working with multiple teams to build strategies to complex problems & effectively explain to internal and external audiences; working with SME to define complex logic flows for automation requirements; breaking down complex problems into actionable steps and defining product functionality & workflow requirements for automations.Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $89,128 - $132,000/year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
