Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. Write computer programs to build highly scalable, performant, and maintainable business services that affect better outcomes for customers building solutions on top of the Autodesk Platform Services. Review peers’ work to mitigate risks and provide constructive feedback to promote software best practices. Translate business problems and expected outcomes into technological solutions with team feedback. Analyze and remediate application security vulnerabilities and identifying opportunities to improve system design. Facilitate team discussions, planning meetings, and prioritizing tasks to foster a collaborative environment focused on delivering value to our customers. Share product release notes, responding to customer queries on product features and new enhancement requests, and triaging issues with minimal mean time to resolution. Maintain product code documentation, technical specification, team meeting minutes, and record decisions. Demonstrate product capabilities to stakeholders and the leadership team. Interact with internal team stakeholders to uncover opportunities to drive meaningful customer outcomes, refine objectives, and adjust product roadmaps. Help the team find suitable candidates, helping mentor and coach budding software engineers. Use skills for the organization's corporate social responsibility activities. Telecommuting is permitted. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sited throughout the U.S.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a software engineer-related occupation. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $163,832 - $200,000/year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
