Examine search query behaviors on general or specialty search engines or other Internet-based content. Analyze research, data, or technology to understand user intent and measure outcomes for ongoing optimization.Own marketing budget, tracking spend that connects PO, invoice, marketing activity, spend allocation, and ROI. Conduct an audit of current processes, assess team requirements, perform analysis to form marketing insights, and present recommendation for a unified tracking tool and central asset repository; implement, and ensure buy-in and adoption amongst stakeholders. Stand up a Project Management operating model, defining and maintaining standards for project management within the Marketing organization. Own and lead weekly marketing standups. Build a holistic global campaign launch work back schedule that spans Industry Strategy and Marketing (Product Marketing), Campaign Development, and Field Marketing (Campaign Execution) in Microsoft Project or Smartsheet. Track end-to-end campaign delivery ensuring deadlines and visibility across cross-functional teams. Own project health, progress, workload, task management, and mitigating roadblocks. Create ad hoc marketing request intake forms, evaluate incoming requests, prioritize, capably approve and reject proposed initiatives, evaluate tradeoffs, available resources, existing backlog, impact on the business, create risk matrix, and communicate out. Strategically move the Marketing team from request-led to planning-led through defined goal setting and roadmap. Collaborate with Exec Leadership, Chief of Staff, Finance, Operations, and other functional leads and managers to improve process transparency and program velocity. Act as an analytics partner, set expectations on project timelines and deliverables, share marketing campaign and web analytical insights and independently build and manage relationships with key stakeholders. Perform validation and statistical testing of campaign models to ensure adequacy. Provide website, and marketing campaign lift insights and perform analysis using Adobe Analytics or other web analytics reporting tool. Translate business and marketing objectives into functional data and analytics requirements and balance them with technical feasibility. Enable faster decision-making across leadership by providing marketing campaign analytical insights, clear status of marketing projects and current state in easy-to-digest calendar views and Gantt charts. Prepare and communicate timely reports of Campaign and Field Marketing KPIs to inform Industry Strategy and Marketing messaging, offers, and tactics. Develop and deliver effective presentations to a variety of audiences, including the Executive team. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States. Some telecommuting is permitted. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Business Analytics, Marketing, Mathematics, or related field followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a project management-related occupation. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States. Some telecommuting is permitted. Skill Requirements: Position requires at least 5 years of experience in each of the following skills:1. Create project schedule to clarify workload, ensure deadlines, communicate with stakeholders and increase visibility across teams using tracking tools such as Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet.2. Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting information and data, simplify and automate the current workflow and process.3. Visualize processes and key metrics (such as ROI and budget) to better understand trends, distributions and insights using Microsoft Excel and BI software such as PowerBI.4. Create documentation and centralized repository to collect and share all must-know information about projects and teams using internal tools such as Wiki and internal libraries such as Markdown or KnitR.5. Act as an analytics partner, set expectations on project timelines and deliverables, share analytical insights and independently build and manage relationships with key stakeholders.6. Automate and simplify analytics and reporting process by using advanced functions in Microsoft Excel such as PivotTable, Macros/VBA (Visual Basic for Applications).7. Understand and utilize the knowledge of A/B testing and funnel analysis to assess hypotheses and identify pain points in customer journey.8. Develop business intelligence tools to monitor key performance measures and add customizations over data visualizations using tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerBI and R.Position also requires at least 2 years of experience in each of the following skills:9. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $148,800 - $190,000/year. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
